Consent to Share Commission with Simplez FinHealth Plus Community as my Hibah and payment of RM240 as Simplez Admin and System Fee
1. I hereby give my consent to Simplez FinHealth Plus Community to share my commission associated with any sale of takaful products offered in Simplez.
I hereby authorize Simplez to deduct and retain for its benefit percentage as per schedule progided by Simplez of the total commission earned by me to be shared with my Introducer. I understand that this arrangement is in line with the intention of giving and sharing or Hibah and the spirit of helping each other or Taawun in Simplez FinHealth Plus Community.
This consent is given with the understanding that the commission will be disbursed promptly upon the successful payment from the Product Provider.
2. I hereby agree to pay RM240 after 1+5 months after registration of e-branch with Simplez in order to continue receiving commission from any business in Simplez.
