1. What is the e-Branch Affiliate Program?

Our Affiliate Program allows individuals, marketers, or businesses to earn incentives by promoting product online to our potential customers for our takaful products. When someone you refer participate in our product, you earn an incentives

2. Who can join the program?

Anyone with a website, blog, email list, social media presence, or marketing experience can apply. In short, it is open for everyone who are looking for a passive income. No prior experience in the insurance/takaful industry is required.

3. How does the program work?
  • Sign up as an affiliate.
  • Receive a unique referral link or marketing materials.
  • Share your link via your channels.
  • Earn incentives for every qualifying products sale made through your link.

4. Is there a cost to join?

Yes, we have 2 types of joining fee:

  • Registration fee RM25.
  • Annual fee RM240, pay after 6 months joined as e-Branch should you wants to continue receiving the incentives.
5. What types of life insurance products can I promote?

You can promote a range of products, such as:

  • myprotect - Takaful Hibah
  • mymedik - Medical plan
  • Travel PA / Umrah PA
  • mymedik - Medical plan

We’ll provide details and materials for each product.

6. How much can I earn?

Incentives rates vary based on the product type and sale value. We will provide clear payout terms upon acceptance into the program.

7. How and when are the incentives paid?

Incentives are typically paid monthly via direct deposit to your account. There may be a minimum payout threshold (e.g., RM5.00). If it is below the threshold we will keep and accumulate until it meet the minimum then we will pay accordingly. You may provide your account details in your e-Branch portal.

8. Do I need a license to promote Takaful products?

In most cases, you do not need a licence to be an affiliate marketer. However, you cannot provide takaful advice or sell policies directly—your role is to refer interested leads to our licensed agents or website.

9. How do I track my referrals and incentives?

You’ll have access to a secure affiliate dashboard where you can:

  • Monitor clicks and conversions.
  • View your incentives payment.
  • Access marketing assets and resources.
10. What marketing support is provided?

We provide:

  • Banners, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Product brochures and policy info.
  • Compliance guidance to avoid misleading claims.
11. Are there any marketing restrictions?

Yes. To ensure compliance with regulations, affiliates must not:

  • Make false claims.
  • Use misleading ads.
  • Offer incentives for purchases.
  • Present themselves as licensed agents (unless licensed and free agent).

All marketing materials must comply with our affiliate agreement and applicable laws.

Our products may only be available in Malaysia for Malaysian only.
